A remote associate producer/coordinator is sought to support the development and production of impactful, interview-driven stories in the B2B medical marketing space. The role blends creative storytelling and logistical coordination, requiring a strong interest in medical topics, excellent writing skills, and a detail-oriented mindset. Responsibilities include researching and developing medically focused stories, supporting scriptwriting, preparing on-camera talent, coordinating shoots, managing client feedback, and supporting post-production workflows.

This is a part-time contract role with the potential to transition into full-time, running through the end of the year with a 60-day trial period.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in video production, marketing, or agency environments (internships included)
• Background or strong personal interest in medical or healthcare content
• Exceptional writing and research skills; writing samples or portfolio required
• Highly organized and capable of managing production schedules, travel logistics, and administrative tasks
• Experience with on-set production support and coordination
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort learning new digital tools
• Ability to collaborate with clients and team members across time zones
• Flexible, growth-oriented mindset with strong multitasking and prioritization skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Film, Journalism, or a related field preferred, not required
• Availability for Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm PST, with occasional evening/weekend work
