Creative Strategist

Icon makes winning ads and branded content for some of the fastest-growing DTC and enterprise companies in the world. We're now launching our managed creative/ads services and looking to scale our team aggressively. We're on a mission to become a trillion dollar generational company.

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who can bridge the gap between clients and our creative team. You’ll be responsible for understanding client needs, shaping compelling strategies, and ensuring that every deliverable we present is not only high-quality but also client-approved. You’ll act as both a visionary thinker and a practical problem-solver, making sure that ideas translate into impactful campaigns.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leading strategy sessions and creative check-ins.
• Collaborate with creative, design, and production teams to shape deliverables that align with client objectives.
• Develop and present campaign strategies, messaging frameworks, and creative concepts.
• Anticipate client feedback and ensure all work presented is polished, on-brand, and approval-ready.
• Conduct market research and trend analysis to inform creative direction.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to creative teams based on client needs.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients by consistently delivering excellence.

• 3–5 years of experience in a creative, strategy, or client-facing role (agency experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of marketing, branding, and storytelling principles.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to think both creatively and analytically.
• Proven track record of turning client insights into winning creative strategies.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
