Kingmansa is a Canadian AI-powered global B2B marketplace making export and import easier by connecting verified buyers and suppliers worldwide. As we expand across Africa and global markets, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our global marketing strategy, build the Kingmansa brand, and drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
The CMO will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing initiatives across digital channels, strategic partnerships, content marketing, events, public relations, and performance marketing. This executive role reports directly to the Founder & CEO and will play a key role in shaping the company's growth strategy.
Requirements & Skills- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree is an asset)
- Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven success in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, fintech, logistics, or international trade industries
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and marketing automation
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and budgets
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience building and leading high-performing marketing teams
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, analytics tools, and AI-powered marketing technologies
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Develop and execute Kingmansa's global marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
- Build and strengthen the Kingmansa brand across international markets
- Lead customer acquisition, retention, and growth initiatives
- Oversee SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns
- Develop marketing strategies for new country launches and market expansion
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams
- Manage brand positioning, corporate communications, media relations, and public relations
- Lead event marketing for trade shows, business summits, and international exhibitions
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing ROI using data and analytics
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global marketing team
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources
- Identify strategic partnerships and co-marketing opportunities to accelerate growth
