You will manage workflows across various teams including Sales and Creative, emphasizing organization and project management. Previous experience in skincare or B2B marketing will be beneficial for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own execution of new product launches and brand initiatives

• Manage timelines and create detailed execution plans

• Develop B2B and B2C integrated marketing campaigns

• Write creative briefs and oversee creative agency work

• Build sales enablement tools and training programs

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years in brand marketing or commercialization

• Proven track record of executing product launches

• Strong project management abilities

• Capable of handling cross-functional initiatives

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
