Field Marketing Specialist

Position: Field Marketing Specialist at Red Bull
Drive local engagement as a Field Marketing Specialist with Red Bull in your region. Lead event marketing initiatives, manage Student Marketeers, and foster partnerships that resonate with local consumers.

In this role, you’ll support Red Bull’s field marketing efforts and report to the Field Marketing Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include executing events, managing a team of Student Marketeers, and creating tailored marketing strategies. You’ll leverage your marketing expertise to enhance brand awareness and drive product trials among target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and train a team of Student Marketeers

• Execute branded events and local activations

• Foster partnerships with campus and community stakeholders

• Create regional marketing plans aligned with national strategies

• Utilize data to enhance program effectiveness

Requirements:

• 2+ years of marketing experience

• Familiarity with event marketing and partnership management

• Strong analytical and strategic skills

• Valid full Driver’s License required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
