At Great Blue Resorts, we create memorable vacation experiences across Ontario's most scenic waterfront destinations. We are seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives and help bring our brand to life across multiple channels.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys both strategic coordination and hands-on content development in a fast-paced environment.

• Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, and print channels
• Coordinate projects, timelines, and deliverables with internal teams and external partners
• Create and manage content for websites, email campaigns, blogs, and promotional materials
• Assist with social media planning, scheduling, and content coordination
• Collaborate with sales and design teams to develop marketing collateral
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations
• Maintain and update website content, including promotions and resort information
• Support events, promotions, and on-site marketing initiatives
• Oversee Social Media Coordinator

• 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or coordination role
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as email platforms, CMS, and analytics tools
• Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is considered an asset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Experience in hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle industries
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, or digital advertising
• Strong attention to detail with a creative mindset
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
