Manager of Brand & Creative Services

Job Description  Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position is responsible for leading the Brand & Creative Services function by overseeing brand management, creative development, content creation, multimedia production, and creative operations. The role ensures the delivery of innovative, high-quality creative solutions that support organizational objectives, strengthen brand awareness, enhance the guest experience, and maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints.

This position leads the Creative Services team and collaborates with Marketing & Digital Strategy leaders, casino operations, internal stakeholders, and external partners to align creative initiatives with strategic priorities and organizational goals.
Responsibilities  Leading the development, execution, and continuous evolution of the brand and creative services to ensure all creative outputs reflect organizational brand standards and support strategic priorities. Managing the day-to-day operations of the Creative Services function to ensure projects are planned, prioritized, and delivered efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with organizational objectives. Leading and developing the Creative Services team by providing direction, coaching, performance management, and professional development while fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to provide creative expertise and deliver integrated marketing solutions that strengthen brand awareness and enhance the guest experience. Driving creative innovation and continuous improvement by enhancing processes, strengthening brand consistency, adopting emerging trends and best practices, and improving operational effectiveness. Participating in other projects and activities as required in support of the priorities.
Qualifications  Successful completion of a four-year bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Creative Advertising, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Formal education or professional development in brand strategy, creative direction, design management, or project management is considered an asset. Minimum of four (4) years of progressive experience in creative services, brand management, marketing communications, advertising or a related field. Experience managing creative services budgets, external production costs, agencies, and vendors is considered an asset.
