- Stay organized. Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and projects using tools like Asana.
- Stay ahead of the game. Keep up with evolving digital advertising trends, platform updates, and opportunities to improve performance.
- Paid media experience. 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing and optimizing campaigns through Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

- Google Ads knowledge. Experience with Google Search, Performance Max, and Demand Gen campaigns.
- Tracking and analytics skills. Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and campaign reporting.
- A performance‑focused approach. You understand cost per lead, conversion rates, lead generation, and how to maximize advertising budgets.
- An eye for detail. You can manage multiple campaigns, catch the little things, and ensure everything launches accurately and on time.
