Lead outreach efforts with the Health, Mental Health, and Addictions department in Saskatoon. This full‑time, temporary position focuses on community engagement, operational coordination, and harm‑reduction. The role of Mobile Outreach Supervisor requires an experienced skilled to manage daily outreach operations in Saskatoon, Regina, and Prince Albert.
You will support frontline staff while ensuring high standards of safety and effective engagement with marginalized populations. A deep understanding of trauma‑informed care and local resources is crucial for improving community impact.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily outreach operations across multiple cities
- Ensure staff safety during street‑based outreach
- Monitor and restock necessary outreach supplies
- Implement strategies to engage targeted populations
- Maintain accurate documentation for reporting
- Bachelor’s degree or 3‑5 years of relevant experience
- Experience with marginalized communities and addictions
- Supervisory and scheduling experience
- Valid Saskatchewan driver’s license needed
- Criminal record check required
