This temporary full-time position requires registration with the local nursing authority and two years of relevant clinical experience. You will lead patient care initiatives by diagnosing health conditions, initiating treatments, and providing professional guidance. Collaboration with patients and health professionals is vital for identifying population health trends and developing evidence-based strategies for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients and residents
• Diagnose diseases and initiate treatment plans
• Collaborate and refer patients to other health professionals

• Provide professional guidance and mentorship to team members
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse Practitioner with BC accreditation
• Two years of recent clinical nursing experience required
