Join the HERO CARE team as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Regina, Saskatchewan, beginning in 2026. This contract role offers a competitive wage of $52 per hour and reimbursed accommodations.
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will bring your professional expertise to support patient care within an interdisciplinary team at HERO CARE. This position requires a valid LPN license, current CPR, and at least one year of relevant experience. Your ability to manage crises and foster collaborative relationships will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Adhere to the Provincial College of Nurses' standards
• Hold accountability for patient care quality
• Collaborate effectively with health care professionals
• Assess and evaluate patients' health needs
• Guide patients on treatment adherence and preventive measures
Requirements:
• Active Licensed Practical Nurse license
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum of one year nursing experience
• Recent Vulnerable Sector Screen
• Proficient in office and medical software applications
