Key Responsibilities:
• Provide care for single to multi-organ failure patients
• Deliver ventilatory and cardiovascular support as needed
• Care for referrals from specialties like Vascular and Renal
• Offer high-quality, patient-centered nursing
• Participate in ongoing competency assessment
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse on the NMC Register
• Current NMC registration required before starting
• Evidence of ongoing professional development
• Basic IT and strong communication skills
• Enthusiasm for critical care nursing
