We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our health care team in delivering optimal patient care. Your responsibilities will vary during a four-week rotation, involving 12 shifts of 11.78 hours and one shift of 8 hours covering days, nights, evenings, and weekends. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are critical to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote health and healing for patients and residents

• Provide education to clients and families

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary health care team

• Maintain organized and accurate patient records

• Work independently while managing patient care

Requirements:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification

• Registered/eligible with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of SK

• Practical Nursing diploma required

• Valid driver’s license where applicable

• Strong computer skills for documentation
