Shape the future of senior care as a Full-Time Registered Practical Nurse at Extendicare's Centennial Manor in Little Current, Ontario. Provide essential nursing services focused on resident health and well-being.
In this temporary full-time position, you will be responsible for assessing and improving the care of our residents. Your tasks will include observing vital signs, developing care plans, and directing the nursing team's efforts. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care based on established guidelines
• Assess health and implement care strategies for residents
• Monitor symptoms and report changes to medical staff
• Guide and coordinate nursing staff and activities
• Oversee restorative and palliative care protocols
Requirements:
• Valid Registered Practical Nurse certification
• Proficiency in nursing practices and patient assessment
