Day Shift Nursing Operations Coordinator

Location: lanigan

Manage day-to-day nursing operations in General Medical and Palliative care settings. Coordinate high standards of patient care in a temporary, full-time nursing role.
In this position, you will ensure the smooth operation of nursing units that provide essential medical services. Under the leadership of the Manager of Nursing, your aim will be to uphold the highest patient care standards by embracing clinical, educational, and administrative duties. Your organizational skills will be vital in achieving nursing excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily activities in nursing units

• Uphold high standards for patient care delivery

• Manage both clinical and administrative tasks

• Educate nursing staff on best practices

• Monitor adherence to nursing protocols
Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) is essential

• Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS) required

• Registration with nursing regulatory authority

• Psychiatric Nursing diploma considered acceptable

• Nursing diploma also valid
