Ideal candidates should have completed third year of an RN program or be in their final year of an after-degree RN Nursing program. Experience requires a minimum of 600 clinical hours, and candidates must hold a valid CPR certification. This position emphasizes patient monitoring, care plan implementation, and effective teamwork within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, patient-centered care under supervision

• Assist with implementation of established care plans

• Monitor patient conditions and communicate effectively

• Ensure accurate documentation of care provided

• Advocate for patient needs and family involvement
Requirements:

• 600 hours of clinical practice in nursing

• Successful completion of an RN educational track

• Current Basic Life Support (CPR) certification
