Location: north battleford
Elevate healthcare in North Battleford as a full-time Nurse Practitioner at Battlefords Community Health. Leverage your advanced practice skills to provide critical care and treatment.
This position is ideal for an advanced practice nurse proficient in evidence-based primary care. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, ordering diagnostic tests, and prescribing treatments for both acute and chronic conditions. You will work collaboratively with individuals, families, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance community health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment strategies
• Order diagnostics and prescribe pharmaceuticals as needed
• Promote health and prevent disease through community assessments
• Collaborate with teams and support continuous improvement projects
• Build partnerships with patients and the community
Requirements:
• Master of Nursing - Nurse Practitioner required
• Eligible for CRNS and RN (NP) registration
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• BLS and ACLS certification necessary
• Advanced communication and assessment skills
