In this Field and Infusion Nurse role, you will administer medications and monitor injection treatments while ensuring compliance with nursing protocols. You’ll play a critical role in educating patients and caregivers, maintaining effective communication with healthcare teams, and completing necessary documentation. This position allows you to work collaboratively to achieve patient-centered care objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide home and clinic medication administration
- Assess and document patient treatment outcomes
- Educate patients on treatment protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Participate in training and qualified development sessions
- Must be a Registered Nurse with IV experience
- CPR certification and active nursing license required
- Experience in acute care or homecare settings favorable
- Solid organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel to various clinics and homes
