Nurse Practitioner in Delisle Area

Location: Delisle

Deliver primary health care as a Nurse Practitioner in the Delisle area. Collaborate with diverse teams to implement therapeutic interventions and improve community health outcomes.

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide essential care, leveraging your experience to assess and manage chronic conditions. Engage with clients, families, and interdisciplinary health providers to develop holistic treatment plans.

Your role will include conducting health assessments and ordering diagnostic tests while contributing to wellness education and chronic disease management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive health care services to clients

• Implement therapeutic interventions for chronic conditions

• Conduct health assessments and interpret diagnostic tests

• Collaborate with families and health providers on care plans

• Support nursing and medical students through educational initiatives

Requirements:

• Three years’ full-time experience as a Registered Nurse

• Master of Nursing - Nurse Practitioner (MN-NP)

• Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Registered/eligible with CRNS as RN (NP)
