As a dedicated nurse, you will engage in comprehensive medical assessments and collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children. Your experience and training in mental health will allow you to serve as a valuable resource within our team. Here, you will provide oversight, training, and support in medication administration practices while promoting a nurturing environment for emotional health and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct medical reviews and assessments for clients
• Coordinate care plans with pediatricians and specialists
• Document all clinical interactions and medication needs
• Provide immediate care during emergencies
• Supervise and train team members in clinical practices
Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Minimum of two years of relevant nursing experience
• Specialization in child development and mental health
• Completed TB test and police record checks
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
