Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patients for tailored nursing interventions

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Valid RN license with CRNS
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience
• Community Health Nursing experience preferred
• ACLS certification is a plus
