Competent clinical practitioner assisting individuals, groups and families with health‑care needs ranging from uncomplicated to complex and rapidly changing status. Demonstrates a caring approach which reflects and incorporates expertise.

• 2 years exp in Acute Psych or Comm. Mental Health nursing or a combo of the two.
• Exp in the last 5 years with acute and chronic psychiatric disorders
• Exp in the last 5 years in psychiatric assessment & intervention required

• Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing (BPN)

• Nursing diploma is acceptable
• Basic CPR, ASSIST preferred
• Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
• Bachelor of Nursing is acceptable
