This is a permanent part-time position, ideal for a dedicated Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse. You will play a vital role in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care strategies tailored to each patient. Key responsibilities include coaching staff and fostering a positive environment in alignment with Sherbrooke's mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patient needs and develop care plans
• Implement and evaluate clinical care strategies
• Guide and coach staff on best nursing practices
• Coordinate communication within the healthcare team
• Enhance quality of life for residents
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
• Registered/eligible with CRPNS and CRNS
• Psychiatric Nursing diploma acceptable
• Experience in a similar role preferred
• Commitment to Eden Alternative principles
