Nurse B – Clinical Resource

Join the team at Royal University Hospital as a Clinical Resource Nurse B in Saskatoon. This full-time role focuses on critical care nursing, mentoring, and patient safety initiatives.

In this position, you will be a vital support for nursing staff in the Intensive Care Unit, promoting best practices and enhancing overall patient care. With a minimum of five years of ICU experience and a Baccalaureate degree in Nursing, your skills will help to improve quality and safety on the unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer quality nursing care for ICU patients

• Mentor and educate nursing staff on clinical practices

• Ensure adherence to patient safety and health regulations

• Engage in quality improvement initiatives for nursing

• Maintain effective communication with all healthcare staff

Requirements:

• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing

• Minimum five years’ nursing in an ICU setting

• Current registration with CRNS

• Valid BCLS certification; ACLS preferred

• Commitment to continuous learning in nursing
