Part-Time Clinical Nursing Coordinator

Location: Biggar

Empower patient outcomes as a Part-Time Clinical Nursing Coordinator at Biggar & District Health Centre. This position focuses on client care, nursing service evaluation, and team leadership.

With this part-time role, you will assess and implement nursing services while directly caring for clients. The position involves supervising nursing staff and maintaining high operational standards in the Chronic Resident Unit. A minimum of five years of clinical experience and a Bachelor’s degree in nursing are essential requirements to ensure effective care delivery and adherence to Saskatchewan Health Authority standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee client care delivery and nursing services

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals on best practices

• Lead and supervise staff in absence of the manager

• Conduct staff orientations and training programs

• Maintain operational efficiency of nursing services

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent

• 5 years of relevant clinical nursing experience

• Current CPR Level C Certification

• Strong mentorship and teaching abilities

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
