Become a key member of the healthcare team in Delisle as a Nurse Practitioner. Your focus on primary health care and education will enhance community well-being.
As a Nurse Practitioner, you will implement therapeutic measures for chronic and common health issues.
Your role will involve assessing patient needs, ordering necessary diagnostics, and collaborating closely with families to facilitate holistic care. Additionally, you'll provide guidance and mentorship to nursing and medical students, shaping the next generation of healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide primary care services and therapeutic interventions
• Conduct health assessments and lab test interpretations
• Work with families to develop supportive care strategies
• Partner with community organizations for health initiatives
• Participate in research and quality improvement projects
Requirements:
• Three years of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Master of Nursing - Nurse Practitioner (MN-NP) degree
• Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS) needed
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Must register with CRNS as RN (NP)
