Overview
Become a vital part of Cencora as a Field & Infusion Nurse (LPN). This full time role focuses on administering medications and supporting patient care in diverse environments. Cencora is looking for an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to join its Innomar Strategies team.
Key Responsibilities- Administer IM, SC, and IV medications efficiently
- Support and monitor IV treatments in home and clinic settings
- Document all nursing activities per established protocols
- Engage with patients and healthcare teams to ensure timely care
- Conduct monthly audits and manage supplies as needed
- At least 2 years of experience as an LPN
- Knowledge of IV therapy and homecare settings
- Registered with the provincial nursing authority
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Valid license and capability to travel
