Elevate your nursing career as a Registered Nurse in Long-Term Care. Provide essential nursing care to residents while working closely with interdisciplinary teams in Saskatchewan’s supportive healthcare environment.
This position requires a valid RN license and at least 2 years of experience in Long-Term Care. You will assess, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols. It's essential to support residents' families while documenting care accurately and responsively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care in line with established standards
• Assess and implement individualized resident care plans
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor treatments
• Document care and respond to patient condition changes
• Collaborate with healthcare providers for seamless care
Requirements:
• Active Registered Nurse license in Saskatchewan
• Minimum 2 years of Long-Term Care experience required
• Basic Life Support Certification necessary
• Willingness to undergo required training
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
