In this role, you will work independently and alongside a multidisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive care for patients in need of support. Your responsibilities include assessing psychiatric conditions, implementing recovery-oriented plans, and providing trauma-informed care. Making a difference in lives, you'll facilitate healing and resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patients’ psychiatric states effectively
• Collaborate on tailored psychiatric treatment plans
• Monitor adherence to treatment and medication regimens
• Document health changes and outcomes systematically
• Provide targeted psychoeducation to patients
Requirements:
• RPN graduate with required pharmacological training
• Active registration as a Psychiatric Nurse in Saskatchewan
• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications
• Recent hands-on clinical and leadership experience
• Demonstrated ability for teamwork and effective communication
