Clinical Services Manager

Position: Clinical Services Manager for Habitat Health
Lead clinical operations at Habitat Health as the Clinical Services Manager RN. This role emphasizes participant-centered care and clinical team oversight with flexibility in a growing organization.

As the Clinical Services Manager, you will guide nursing and clinic teams at Habitat Health’s PACE Center. With three to five years of clinical leadership experience, you will focus on ensuring high-quality care, enhancing team skills, and overseeing clinic operations. You’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations while driving performance achievements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee clinical leadership for nursing and clinic staff

• Ensure staff competency through coaching and skill checks

• Lead onboarding and continuous education for team members

• Monitor adherence to regulatory requirements and SLAs

• Support care transitions across various settings

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of practice

• 3-5 years of clinical leadership experience

• Proven ability to supervise clinical staff

• Strong decision-making and communication skills

• Experience with geriatric populations
