As a Senior Research Adult Registered Nurse, you will work within the Glasgow Clinical Research Facility for 36 hours per week, with potential flexibility for research activities. You'll be responsible for recruiting participants, obtaining informed consent, and ensuring ethical compliance in cardiovascular studies, alongside monitoring and documenting participant data.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver all aspects of clinical research studies
• Educate participants and obtain consent
• Administer interventions as per research protocols
• Conduct follow-up assessments diligently
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
Requirements:
• Registered Adult Nurse with NMC registration
• Degree-level education or pursuing one
• Strong experience in cardiovascular care
• Proficiency in immediate life support
• Familiarity with research governance frameworks
