Key Responsibilities:

• Provide IM, SC, and IV medication administration

• Oversee IV infusion treatments and patient responses

• Document all activities accurately following nursing standards

• Develop and deliver patient education sessions

• Engage in monthly audits and manage clinic supplies

Requirements:

• Licensed Practical Nurse certification required

• Previous nursing experience in similar roles

• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration

• Flexibility for days, evenings, and on-call shifts

• Willing to complete ongoing training and professional development
