Join the Faculty of Nursing at the University of Regina as a Clinical Nursing Practica Coach. Ideal candidates are Registered Nurses or Registered Psychiatric Nurses with at least two years of recent clinical experience. You will oversee nursing students throughout their Bachelor of Science in Nursing program, providing essential guidance in clinical, community, and lab settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Instruct and supervise nursing students in diverse settings
• Evaluate student progress and assign clinical tasks
• Facilitate low to high fidelity simulations
• Collaborate effectively with teaching teams and interdisciplinary partners
• Participate in program activities and academic events
Requirements:
• Good standing with CRNS or RPNAS
• Current CPR, TLR, and mask fit testing certifications
• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing or Psychiatric Nursing
• Minimum two years of relevant nursing experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
