Position: Aspira Director of Wellness Role
Lead a compassionate team in enhancing resident care at Aspira Hunter Village. As the Director of Wellness, you’ll cultivate deep connections while managing quality services and staff effectively.

This temporary full-time position requires an LPN with three years in geriatrics or senior health. You will oversee service planning, monitor resident incidents, and ensure quality indicators.

Your role includes recruitment and maintaining collaborative relationships with healthcare partners, enhancing care delivery across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess resident needs and develop comprehensive care plans

• Monitor incidents and guide team interventions

• Evaluate nursing quality indicators for resident care

• Manage recruitment and performance of care team members

• Collaborate with hospital teams and participate in marketing outreach

Requirements:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing

• Minimum three years’ experience in senior health

• Strong judgement and risk management skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Must pass criminal record checks
