Position: Registered Nurse for Home and Community Care
Provide exceptional nursing care with All Ways of Caring in various home and community settings. Support client well-being through assessments and collaborative care planning.

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver professional nursing services and ensure client safety and health outcomes. This role involves contributing to care plans, administering medications, and providing health education to clients and families. Collaborating with the Care Designer and your team, you will adapt care based on client needs while maintaining accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as authorized

• Conduct client assessments and update care plans

• Elevate concerns and coordinate follow-up actions

• Provide health education and support to clients

• Communicate effectively with care team members

Requirements:

• Active RN registration in good standing

• Current CPR certification and TLR Certificate

• Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search

• Strong communication skills and reliability

• Valid driver's license and transportation availability
