Clinical Learning Technician in Nursing

Elevate your nursing skills as a Clinical Learning Technician with the College of Nursing. Work directly with patients across various age groups in a PRN role with flexible shifts.

This position serves an essential function within the nursing process, providing direct care to patients in critical units. Ideal candidates will collaborate with healthcare teams to implement individualized care plans, emphasizing patient education and safety. Must commit to a minimum of two shifts, including one weekend and holiday shifts each.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe direct care for assigned patients

• Collaborate on individualized care plans with healthcare team

• Assist with special tests and obtain necessary consents

• Participate in orientation and evaluate new personnel

• Maintain accurate patient medical records

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• At least 1 year of related nursing experience

• CPR certification for Healthcare Providers within 30 days

• Active RN license in NM or reciprocal

• Ability to lift heavy objects as required
