Become an Innomar Field and Infusion Nurse with Cencora, focusing on patient care through medication administration and monitoring in a hybrid healthcare environment.
In this role, you will be a key player in delivering high-quality healthcare services through Cencora. Your responsibilities will include administering injections and IV treatments while closely monitoring patients to ensure the efficacy of their care. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide IM, SC, and IV medications in various settings
• Monitor and document infusion treatment processes
• Educate patients on their specific medication protocols
• Coordinate with case managers and healthcare providers
• Conduct administrative duties like clinic audits
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent required
• Minimum of 4 years in clinical nursing experience
• Active nursing license necessary
• Preferred certifications in clinical safety and management
• Ability to maintain operational flexibility across locations
