Provide comprehensive health care as a Nurse Practitioner at Duck Lake Primary Health Care. This full-time temporary role focuses on diverse health needs for all age groups in the community.

Duck Lake is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner for its primary health site. You'll serve communities including Duck Lake, Beardys First Nation, and others. Your responsibilities will span women's health, children's health, and mental health support while promoting community development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver primary health care services across all age groups

• Implement assessments and patient care plans

• Provide mental health support and education

• Collaborate within a team-oriented environment

• Adapt to changing health care situations as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum three years as a Registered Nurse

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

• Valid Class 5 driver's license required

• Basic Life Support Level C Certificate (BLS-C)

• Capacity for empathy and professional development
