Job Description  Registered Practical Nurse (RPN)   Job Type:  Full-Time, Part-Time & Casual Opportunities Available
About the Role  We are seeking compassionate and dedicated  Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs)  to join our healthcare team in Saskatchewan. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents and patients while working collaboratively with physicians, registered nurses, healthcare aides, and other interdisciplinary team members.

Key Responsibilities   Deliver safe, compassionate, and patient-centered nursing care.
Assess, monitor, and document residents' or patients' health status.
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with professional standards and physician orders.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
Monitor changes in patient conditions and communicate concerns to the healthcare team.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Provide education and support to patients and their families.
Promote a safe and respectful environment for residents, patients, visitors, and staff.
Ensure compliance with all provincial regulations, infection prevention protocols, and organizational policies.
Qualifications   Current registration and good standing with the  College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Saskatchewan (CLPNS)  .
Current CPR/BLS Certification.
Previous experience in long-term care, retirement, hospital, rehabilitation, or community healthcare is considered an asset.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation.
