In this role, you will oversee a team of Field Nurses within a designated territory, focusing on achieving KPIs and ensuring high-quality clinic operations. Your expertise will help manage staffing, training, and compliance, allowing you to improve service delivery and patient care. Travel within your territory will be required to support clinics and team functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a remote team to achieve nursing operational targets
• Implement training and performance management for staff
• Monitor adherence to regulations and quality standards
• Identify growth opportunities for clinics and services
• Provide support and clarification for nursing staff needs
Requirements:
• BScN or working towards health-related degrees
• At least 5 years of nursing experience required
• Experience managing remote teams for 2–5 years
• Strong administrative and communication skills
• Availability for travel as needed
