Clinical Nurse Educator Hospital

Contribute to high-quality, safe patient care as a Clinical Nurse Educator at Saskatoon City Hospital. This full-time temporary role focuses on unit orientation, educational programming, and supporting clinical best practices.

The Clinical Nurse Educator will work under the direction of the Manager of Nursing Practice and Education. You will assess learning needs, implement educational programs, and act as a clinical resource.

Your role is vital in collaborating with the interprofessional clinical team to promote effective client care within Saskatchewan Health Region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure alignment with organizational missions and goals

• Develop and maintain in-service educational programming

• Assess and evaluate learning needs of staff

• Promote client and family-centered care initiatives

• Participate in continuous improvement activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

• 3 years of experience in geriatric or medical nursing

• Leadership experience in a clinical setting

• Basic Life Support Instructor Certificate (BLS)

• Strong advanced communication skills
