Join Triple Tee Medical Clinic and report to the Clinic Manager/Supervising Physician as you deliver safe and effective nursing care in a family medicine environment. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to manage patient care plans while promoting health and well-being. Experience in primary health care clinics is desirable to enhance community-based healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments for patients
• Monitor vital signs and identify patient condition changes
• Develop and evaluate individualized nursing care plans
• Administer medications and monitor for effectiveness
• Educate patients and families on health conditions
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Current registration with the CRNS in Saskatchewan
• Experience in community health or primary care
• Proficient in EMR systems and documentation
• Strong clinical and communication skills required
