We are hiring for five Advanced Nurse Practitioner roles to deliver comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and health promotion. Utilizing your advanced clinical skills, you will develop individualized care plans and manage patient treatment across various settings, including urgent and primary care. Effective collaboration with physicians and allied health professionals will be key to coordinating patient care and referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced health assessments and clinical examinations

• Develop and implement care plans with prescribed medications

• Manage continuity of care across various medical settings

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care

• Educate patients and families on health promotion practices

Requirements:

• Graduate nurse practitioner program completion

• Current licensure in nursing with prescribing authority

• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience

• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)

• Clear criminal record and regulatory checks
