Reporting to the Manager of Primary Health, you will provide critical clinical support addressing barriers to healthcare in Saskatoon’s core neighborhoods. Your expertise will contribute to disease management and referrals while working with intersect oral partners, including Public Health and Social Work. This position demands understanding and sensitivity to aboriginal healthcare needs and promotes health-enhancing education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical support for high-risk behaviors
• Oversee chronic disease management and treatment
• Collaborate with community health partners for referrals
• Engage citizens in health education and activities
• Address barriers to accessing health services
Requirements:
• Three years as a Registered Nurse
• Two years as an advanced RN (NP)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
