Visit Nurse RN RPN Home Health

Apply clinical nursing skills as a Visit Nurse with CBI Home Health in Simcoe and surrounding communities. Provide care across homes, clinics, and community locations.

This part-time float position supports people through wound care, IV therapy, tube feeding, medication administration, and health teaching. Your person and family-centered approach will guide decisions while supporting collaborative interdisciplinary care. You will help clients and families navigate additional resources.

• Deliver care in homes, clinics, and community locations
• Apply wound care, IV therapy, and tube feeding skills
• Administer medications and provide health teaching
• Provide palliative and paediatric care
• Support clients and families with community resources

• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Professional liability insurance and current vulnerable sector screening
• Reliable insured vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Availability for required travel and scheduling commitments
