Emergency Room Registered Nurses deliver rapid assessment, triage, and acute patient care on-site in Canada. This full-time position requires clinical judgment and flexibility.

This Emergency Room Nurse role supports patients with acute illnesses and injuries through established protocols. Nurses collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams while contributing to safe, evidence-based care.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and triage patients with acute illnesses and injuries
- Monitor vital signs and administer medications and treatments
- Perform authorized clinical procedures and document patient status
- Communicate with patients and families, providing education and support
- Participate in emergency responses and quality improvement initiatives
- Active Saskatchewan Registered Nurse license in good standing
- Emergency Nursing and Critical Care Medicine competencies
- Current BLS, CTAS, and ACLS certifications
- Emergency department or urgent care experience preferred
- Availability for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
