Operations Associate II

Job Overview
Operations Associate II – 6‑month contract role aligned to the Coffee Operating Unit, located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

Responsibilities

Deliver products to customers.

Assist with warehouse duties: receiving, unloading, picking and loading.

Service and maintain customer equipment, including coffee station setups.

Travel to and from customer locations to troubleshoot and fix equipment.

Provide assistance as needed to the operations team.

This list is not exhaustive. Any other related duties may be assigned by the line manager.

Requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma preferred.

1 year in a similar role.

Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract.

Strong mechanical aptitude – previous electronic, plumbing or electrical experience.

Competencies:

Bilingualism in relevant provinces.

Basic computer skills.

Strong communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills.

Ability to handle a physically demanding job with heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs).

Total Rewards
CAD $45,700.00 – $59,488.00 annually.
