Lead the quality assurance efforts at Wood Mining & Minerals as a Quality Assurance Leader in Saskatchewan, working on a rotational schedule and ensuring high standards in construction management. Drive compliance and maintain quality throughout project execution.
In this role, reporting to the Construction Manager, you will oversee quality management activities crucial for successful site execution. You will implement and lead the Quality Management System (QMS) while guiding the site quality team to uphold strict inspection and audit standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all quality management processes on site
• Enforce compliance with industry codes and standards
• Implement Quality Management System effectively
• Manage and develop the site quality team
• Conduct thorough testing and inspection activities
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in quality management
• At least 5 years in a leadership role
• Relevant degree/diploma in Quality or Engineering
• Essential Lead Auditor certification
• Authorized to work legally in Canada
