As the HSE Manager reporting directly to the General Manager, you will implement strategic safety initiatives while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Your role also involves mentoring staff, conducting thorough investigations, and participating actively in safety training sessions. You will be pivotal in maintaining documentation essential for audits and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion health and safety initiatives in the field

• Lead incident investigations, identifying root causes

• Document compliance materials for regulatory review

• Facilitate workplace inspections with constructive feedback

• Conduct employee health and safety meetings regularly

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in HSE or related fields

• NCSO, HAS, CTSP, or OHS certification required

• Strong knowledge of Occupational Health Safety Act

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

• Valid Class 5 driver's license and clean driving record
