Become a part of March Consulting LP’s team as a full-time Readiness Engineer, with opportunities in Saskatoon, Regina, or Calgary. In this role, you will manage the readiness planning for multiple engineering projects.
You will lead the identification and documentation of maintenance requirements while collaborating across departments to facilitate overall project success. Your ability to conduct thorough assessments will be vital to ensuring operational efficiency and project alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead planning for operational and maintenance readiness
• Conduct readiness assessments and gap analyses
• Track progress, risks, and recommend solutions to stakeholders
• Assist in preparing spare parts and procurement readiness
• Facilitate workshops and strategic planning sessions
Requirements:
• Technical degree in Engineering, Maintenance, or related field
• 7-10+ years experience in readiness or maintenance planning
• Proficiency with CMMS and project management software
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
